Maj Anuradha Talwar (Retd), an alumni of the esteemed Lady Irwin College, New Delhi, embarked on her career in the Indian Army Service Corps in 1998. After a decade of dedicated service in the Indian Army, she transitioned to ICICI Bank Ltd, where she led the HR department for their Hyderabad voice and non-voice centers.
Leveraging her extensive experience, she identified a unique market for finely crafted products that celebrate the values of service and sacrifice, which led to the creation of Vibhushitaa Exports. As a pioneer in her field, Maj Talwar has transformed her business from a modest one-room operation into a thriving enterprise with products now available in over 70 retail stores across India and a growing presence on social media.
Vibhushitaa Exports, renowned for its bespoke and engraved cowbells and other luxurious items, reflects the pride and values of the Armed Forces. The brand also emphasizes empowering women by providing employment and skill development opportunities, particularly to those from marginalized backgrounds. As a member of the EPCH Council and MSME, Maj Talwar has successfully completed export orders to the UK and is actively seeking further opportunities to market her unique products internationally.
